Plastinės dramos teatriukas savo veiklą pradėjo 2004m. Sausio 5d kauno neįgaliojo jaunimo užimtumo centre. Vadovas Virgis Bortkevičius profesionalus aktorius, žinomas mimas Lietuvoje, pats jau virš 30m. scenoje. Dalis aktorių su lengvesne ir sunkesne fizine negalia, kai kurie – juda vežimėlio pagalba, dalis visiškai sveikų. Šiame teatre vaidina įvairaus amžiaus žmonės. Nors nariai ne kartą keitėsi, grupės pasirodymai pelnė didelį pasisekimą visoje šalyje ir užsienyje bei pribloškė daugelį žiurovų.
2008 ir m. 2010 Lietuvos žmonių su negalia teatrų konkurso « Pasijuokime kartu », 2012m. konkurso <<Begasas>>, nugalėtojai, teatrų festivalio Rygoje « Solis », Lenkijos teatrų festivalių "Animacjach", "Puma", dalyviai. Taip pat dalyvavo bendrame Vokietijos, Slovakijos, Portugalijos, Suomijos, Lietuvos projekte « Grundtvig ». Tarptautiniame neįgaliųjų festivalyje Slovėnijoje. 2012m. tarptautinio neįgaliųjų "Nuostabiujų teatrų" festivalio Grand Prix nugalėtojai. Visi spektakliai be žodžių. Išreiškiami kūno kalba, jausmais. Gvildenantys aktualias, gyvenimiškas temas.
We began our activity on January the 5th 2004 in Kaunas occupational centre for disabled youth. Head of the troupe – Virgis Bortkevicius, a professional actor, well known in Lithuania and with stage experience of over 30 years.
Some of our actors have physical disability that varies from mild to severe, some of them use a wheelchair to move around, and others are completely healthy. Actors are of various ages. Even though the active cast changed numerous times over the years, our performances have been a success all over Lithuania, as well as abroad, putting a number of audiences in awe. All the performances are silent, expressed with body language, feelings, exposing actual, life related topics.
Our achievements:
· Winners of the competition for theatre companies of people with disabilities in Lithuania „Pasijuokime kartu“ („Let‘s laugh together“) in years 2008 and 2010;
· Winners of the theatres’ contest „Begasas“ in 2012;
· Winners of the international disabled theatres‘ festival „Nuostabieji teatrai“ („Amazing theatres“) Grand Prix in 2012;
· Participants of the Riga theatrical festival „Solis“;
· Participants of the Polish theatrical festivals „Animacjach“ and „Puma“;
· Participants of the collective project of Germany, Slovakia, Portugal, Finland and Lithuania – „Grundtvig“.
